Ben is graduating from high school and will start classes at the University of Tampa in Florida in the fall. In the meantime, he’s gotten together with a buddy and started a business to raise a few dollars to help with his college expenses. And little did he know it then, but he really started preparing for this 15 years ago. Check out the video.

What do retired guys do after work? They find more work and develop new skills. And Jim has been doing plenty of that around his house. The latest is the rebuilding of the deck floor. He built the original lumber deck about 25 years ago and now decided to replace it with a “Trek like” composite deck. And he’s doing it with very “little help” as you will see here.

Jim’s deck job came after he rented a bobcat to level a part of his backyard, which he then had to replant…and wait for the grass!
