A New Year!
MEANWHILE, HERE ARE SOME LOOKS AT HOW THE LAST YEAR ENDED!
Next on the schedule of holidayfestivities was a Christmas dinner at Jason and Missy’s after a church service. We watched (and talked) while theyprepared a fabulous Christmasdinner. The feature was adelicious dessert cake masterlyput together by Jason. See thecreation of the yule log here.
That was Christmas Eve. Next day we went to Mark and Rachel’s for a Christmas Day dinner and the traditional Yankee Gift Exchange!
And then…after one day’s rest….the scene shifted to Jim and Robin’s
house where the Christmas gift train was waiting for everyone (especially all the little ones) to gather for Grandpa and Grammy’s Christmas celebration!
But first there was the annual holiday dinner to take care of. And, in keeping with tradition, the dinner was prepared by the men of the family while the girls hopped in the car and went out for their own party, in this case, bowling! Then the men went to work!
